How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Is my family's data safe?

Yes! We use nicknames only—no real names, birthdates, or photos are collected. Your conversations are never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
